Servicing questions
Do I need to book a service?
No. You can ride in any time we're open, Monday to Saturday, and we'll take a look. Booking online confirms your slot instantly, which is handy for full services and bigger repairs.
How much does a motorcycle service cost?
It depends on the motorcycle and what's due, so we always quote before starting. Tell us the make, model and mileage on the form or over WhatsApp and we'll give you a price up front. There's no diagnostic charge if you go ahead with the repair.
Can I get the MOT done at the same time?
Yes, and it's half price. Tick "Add an MOT" on the form and you pay £14.83 instead of £29.65 for the test when it's done alongside your service.
How long does a service take?
A basic service is usually done in about an hour. A full service takes two to three hours. Repairs vary, and we'll tell you when you drop off. Most motorcycles go home the same day.
Do you service scooters and 125s?
Yes. A large part of our work is 125cc commuter scooters and motorcycles such as Honda PCX, Vision and Forza, Yamaha NMAX, and Lexmoto and Keeway models, as well as larger bikes.
Will servicing with you affect my manufacturer warranty?
No. Under UK block exemption rules you can have your motorcycle serviced by an independent workshop without losing the warranty, as long as the service follows the manufacturer's schedule and uses parts of matching quality. We do both and stamp the book.
Can you collect my motorcycle?
Ask us. We run collection and delivery for fleet customers and can often arrange it for individual riders in North West London. Mention it in the notes or on WhatsApp.
