Do I have to pay anything if the accident wasn't my fault?

No. When the accident was not your fault, the recovery, repair and replacement vehicle are recovered from the at-fault party's insurer. There is no cost to you.

Will I get a replacement motorcycle while mine is repaired?

Yes. We supply a like for like replacement motorcycle, scooter, car or van for the time yours is off the road, including for delivery riders who need to keep working.

Should I call my own insurer first?

Call us first. We open the claim against the other party's insurer, which protects your no claims bonus and avoids your excess. Our line is open 24 hours a day.

Where is the repair done?

In our own workshop at 82 Sunleigh Road, Alperton, Wembley HA0 4LR. Vehicles are recovered, assessed by an independent engineer and repaired on site.
